Perhaps the most striking and beautiful of the range is the Rose Petal Barberry Pistachio. Infused with bright, organic rose petals and dried barberries, this varietal is made with Belgian white chocolate, slow-roasted pistachios, and West Australian honey, leaving little wonder why it’s risen as one of customers’ favourite flavours of nougat.
Perth customers have also quickly taken to the similarly flavoured White Chocolate Cranberrry Pistachio. Tart, Canadian oven-dried cranberries dance pleasantly on the palette amidst the tastes of Belgian white chocolate, homegrown rosemary and roasted pistachios. The last of the white chocolate range, the Wild Blueberry Almond, features the unmistakable tang of tree-ripened lemon oil, which pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the American plump blueberries infused into the Belgian white chocolate base.
The two dark chocolate nougats both feature rich, authentic flavours that have captured the taste buds of customers across Perth. Nougat with 70% cacao dark chocolate has definitely turned heads since first being conceived by Rochelle years ago. The Dark Chocolate Cherry Almond uses American dried cherries and slow-roasted almonds, as well as crushed cardamom and WA honey. The Dark Chocolate Orange Macadamia features the sharp fructose taste of glace orange against the same delectable dark chocolate. Additionally, the aromatic flavours of glace ginger and West Australian Honey infuse this nougat with a rich edge.
